ORDER

By order dated 07.10.2016, this Court granted an order of status-quo till 17.10.2016 and directed the writ petition to be posted on that day for hearing. Complaining non-adherence to the order dated 07.10.2016 passed by this Court, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition. 2.

Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Contempt Petition, the petitioner has withdrawn the writ petition itself and therefore, nothing http://www.judis.nic.in survives in this Contempt Petition for adjudication.
