(Order of the court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 174 days in filing the above writ appeal.

The learned Counsel for the respondents raised an objection to condone the delay mainly on the ground that the reasons would be insufficient.

However, this Court is of the considered opinion that the delay of 174 days cannot be construed as enormous warranting rejection.
