Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to refer the subject matter to Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Government of Tamil Nadu to initiate appropriate stringent action against the erring officials of the respondents 3 and 4, who gave false information to the petitioner within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

(Through Video Conferencing) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to refer the subject matter to Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Government of Tamil Nadu, to initiate appropriate stringent action against the erring officials of the respondents 3 and 4, who gave false information to the petitioner.

2.This Court is of the considered opinion that, reference as such sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted by the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If at all any allegations are raised, specifically, the petitioner has to submit a proper complaint in the manner prescribed. Contrarily, the petitioner cannot seek a direction to refer the subject matter to the Vigilance and AntiCorruption. The petitioner raises several allegations against the respondents 3 and 4, who are the Managing Director and the Public Information Officer of Tamil Nadu Maginesite. If the petitioner is aggrieved from and out of any actions of the respondents 3 and 4, he is at liberty to submit a specific complaint against the authorities in a proper manner for initiation of action.
