ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The above writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.2.2019 in respect of property at Door No.1, Plot No.30, an extent of 0.15.0 hut situated at Pillaiyar Koil street (Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017) within the limits of Corporation of Chennai Zone - 9.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 4, submitted that the Corporation of Chennai is proceeding against respondents 7 to 9 in respect of the unauthorized construction and they have also issued a notice dated 20.6.2019 under Sections 56 and 57 read with Section 85 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, which was affixed at the place of unauthorized construction. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the Corporation will proceed further and initiate action in respect of the unauthorized construction put up by the private respondents.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Corporation of Chennai, no further direction need be issued to the authorities in this writ petition.
