ORDER

The writ petition is with a prayer to direct the respondents to refund the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- payable to the petitioner towards refundable security deposit.

2.In this case, the petitioner submits that there seems to be a name transfer and those parties have commenced the unit and seeks for refund. In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is suffice to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.06.2024 and pass orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order.

3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
