Heard Mr. J.Senthilkumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.V.Sajeev Kumar, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 08.03.2021 passed in W.P. No. 10792 of 2020 by this Court. 3.

It is accepted by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the said order dated 08.03.2021 has been complied and he has made en endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
