The petitioner's association made a representation to the third respondent on 27.09.2010 seeking issuance of patta. In the said representation, the petitioner has enclosed the relevant documents. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to issue patta.

2. A perusal of the representation said to have been made by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner on 27.09.2010 shows that it has been made only by the petitioner in his own capacity and not on behalf of association. It was also made more than five years back.

3. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a detailed representation on behalf of the members of Sangam enclosing the relevant documents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, namely, S.Ramanujam, representing Ulagaram Valum Makkal Podunala Sangam, and any other third parties if so required. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
