By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims to be a Member of Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church (TELC), which is a Society registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1860, and there are 1,11,007 Members in the Society. According to the petitioner, many non-Christians have become Members of the Society, which is against the Rules, and he has also sought permission under Section 52 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, to file a criminal case against the concerned persons, who had cheated the Congregation with forged records and and fake resolutions, and no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.According to the petitioner, he has also submitted a detailed representation dated 1.8.2012, to the first respondent praying for certain reliefs, and though it was received and acknowledged, he has not been favoured with any response and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Mr.C.Deivasigamani, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that the contents of the representation are bagged by relevant records and therefore, it is obligatory on the part of the first respondent to dispose of the representation within a stipulated time frame; but, for the reasons known, it is yet to be disposed of and hence, prays for appropriate orders. 5.This Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the first respondent by enclosing a copy of this order along with a copy of his earlier representation dated 1.8.2012, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the first respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider it in accordance with law, after putting the second respondent on notice, and pass orders within a period of three months thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the second respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
