These are applications to condone the delay, bring on record and to set aside the abatement.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to take notice.

Notice has also been served on the 4th respondent, who is the proposed LR.

However, there is no appearance on his behalf.

Mr.Tamizh Needhi, learned counsel represents the 2nd respondent.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. The delay of 6043 days is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the LR petition stands allowed.

4. Post the Second Appeal on 12.06.2023.
