O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.553 of 2017 on the file of first respondent police.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.553 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. The allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R. has to be investigated by the Police in a fair manner. Any finding on facts will also have a bearing on the investigation conducted by the respondent Police.
4. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation conducted by the respondent Police at this stage.
5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the respondent Police is directed to proceed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
further with the investigation in accordance with law and complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
