Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with the circular dated 12.02.2013 by the fourth respondent to quash the same consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to follow the DoPT directions and fix the roster points after classifying the cadres as A, B, C and D and fixing the entry points for each cadres and the ratios on which

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the circular dated 12.02.2013 issued by the fourth respondent and for consequential directions.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is inclined to question the validity of the Reservation of DoPT (OM No.36011/1/2011/Estt(Res) dated 17.11.2011) and hence, he may be granted liberty to proceed further in the manner known to law.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
