C.M.P.Nos.7224, 7225 and 7226 of 2023 in S.A.No.1413 of 2011 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J., C.M.P.No.7224 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 2592 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st Appellant, K.Subramaniam in S.A.No.1413 of 2011.

2. C.M.P.No.7225 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st Appellant, K.Subramaniam in S.A.No.1413 of 2011.

3. C.M.P.No.7226 of 2023 has been filed to bring the petitioner Nos.4 and 5 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Appellant, K.Subramaniam and as Appellant Nos.4 and 5 in S.A.No.1413 of 2011.

5. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavits filed in support of these Petitions and accordingly, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

6. Office is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the Second Appeal on 11.04.2023.
