C.M.P.No.5400 of 2023 in S.A.SR.No.39036 of 2021 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

The above appeal is laid in 2021 and the present C.M.P.No.5400 of 2023 is taken to dispense with the production of the original trial Court decree and judgment rendered in O.S.No.545 of 1999 on 30.03.2010 by the learned Second Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore.

2.Learned counsel for the appellant / petitioner is not able to explain as to why the certified copies could not be obtained for the last thirteen (13) years.

This Court on perusing the affidavit does not find any tenable reasons either.

3.This C.M.P.No.5400 of 2023 stands dismissed. This, however, does not preclude the petitioner from applying a fresh petition with appropriate reasons if any for the same purpose.
