Respondent PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate at Ambattur to speedy disposal the hearing of the case in Crl.M.P.No.3492 of 2022 in D.V.C.No.19 of 2015 and to decide the case within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a Memo before the Registry dated 05.07.2024 stating that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the respondent has paid the total arrears amount of Rs.12,00,000/- and the petitioner will endorse the receipt of the amount in the next hearing date before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, on 19.07.2024 and hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. In view of the Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
