In view of the limited prayer made during the course of hearing the Writ Petition, by consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner registered his SSLC and H.Sc. certificates in the District Employment Exchange on 03.06.2005 and subsequently, he registered his Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and also the B.Ed. Degree on 03.09.2011. But, it is his case that it is proceeded as if he registered his B.Ed. Degree on 05.09.2011. In this regard, the petitioner made representations dated 16.02.2012 and 25.03.2015 to the respondent to take the date of registration of B.Ed. as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

03.09.2011 instead of 05.09.2011. His grievance is that his representation is not yet disposed of.

In view of the narrow prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
