When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion on 06.01.2022, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 03.02.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (i.e. 03.02.2022), no one appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
