O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the SubCourt, Sankari to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2011 in a time frame.

2. Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has filed H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2011 against the petitioner for dissolution of marriage; the respondent has also filed

I.A.No.15 of 2012 under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage and Maintenance Act seeking interim maintenance of Rs.30,000/-. However, due to the non-appearance of the petitioner, an exparte order was passed in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2011 and in I.A.No.15 of 2012. Therefore, the petitioner has filed Applications in I.A.Nos.6 and 7 of 2015 to set aside the exparte order passed in the main O.P. and in the interim application. Learned counsel further submitted that the respondent, who has claimed interim maintenance of Rs.30,000/-, has been unnecessarily dragging on the proceedings.

Learned counsel further submitted that in the applications in I.A.Nos.6 and 7 of 2015, the evidence of the petitioner was over and now it is posted for taking evidence of the respondent on 24.4.2015. The delay in disposal of the applications and the main O.P. causes hardship and irreparable loss to the petitioner.

Considering the facts of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Sub-Judge, Sankari is directed to dispose of the applications in I.A.Nos.6 and 7 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Sub-Judge, Sankari is also directed to

dispose of H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2011 and I.A.No.15 of 2012 within a period of three months therefrom.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
