Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, and the learned Counsel appearing for the Intervene Petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/Intervene Petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as the dispute is purely civil in nature.

In view of closure of the complaint given by the defacto complainant/Intervene Petitioner, it is not necessary to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners as there is no apprehension of petitioners being arrested.

With the above observation this petition is disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes/No.
