(Order of the Court was passed by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) We have heard Mr.R.Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Prabhavathi Ram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, is not pressing this petition and is seeking liberty to file a fresh petition if need arises.

3. Since this hearing is done through video conferencing, a written undertaking on the case bundle cannot be given. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to send an email to the Registrar - Judicial of this Court by today itself stating that he is not pressing the above habeas corpus petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

4. The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the above habeas corpus petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as sought for.
