(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The matter is heard through videoconferencing. 2.

The petitioner, who is the sister of A. Ibrahim, convict No. 4661, S/o. Abdul Razak, aged about 43 years, detained at Puzhal, has come forward with the present Habeas https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Corpus Petition seeking 30 days leave for her brother to look after the convict's father, who is said to have been paralysed. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 4.

It is evident from the records, especially, medical records that the convict's father suffered a heart attack in 2019 and he has been discharged. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the convict's father is paralysed, the documents which have been relied upon are of the year 2014 and therefore, there is no necessity to grant leave.
