2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was conducted against the petitioners and the same was closed since Civil Suits were pending between the petitioner and counter petitioner in O.S.Nos.145/2007 & 279/2013.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
