except through the route as originally approved.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the road has already been laid in the subject property and Award has also been passed for the acquired subject property and therefore the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He has also produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 15.04.2025 to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Award, if they are so aggrieved. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
