C.M.P.No.9832 of 2019 in CRP SR.No.39545 of 2019 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and M.DURAISWAMY, J.

In view of the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the production of certified copy of the impugned order dated 28.12.2018 made in I.A.No.3442 of 2018 in S.A.No.565 of 2018 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore is dispensed with for the present.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would apply certified copy of the impugned order and produce the same at the earliest.

The said submission is taken on record.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
