The FIR filed in Crime No.650 of 2018 dated 11.07.2018 for the alleged offence under Section 25(1A) Arms Act, 1959 and pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police, is put under challenge in the present petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that, charge sheet was filed in this matter on 03.03.2025 before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
