(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2021 seeking to survey and fix boundaries for his land as per the Act.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Ramanathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, pending Writ Petition, the petitioner's land was surveyed and patta was also issued in the name of petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
