O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner

has filed a petition in HMOP.No.57 of 2016 before the Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore. According to the revision petitioner, the respondent has also filed a petition in HMOP.No.32 of 2013 for restitution of conjugal rights before the Subordinate Court, Maduranthagam. The respondent has filed a petition in Tr.CMP.No.372 of 2016 before this Court, wherein this Court, by order dated 11.07.2016, has ordered to transfer the HMOP.No.57 of 2016 to the Subordinate Court, Maduranthagam to be tried jointly with HMOP.No.32 of 2013. Subsequently, the petition filed by the revision petitioner in HMOP.No.57 of 2016 for divorce was transferred to Subordinate Court, Maduranthagam and renumbered as HMOP.No.42 of 2016. Now, the both petitions are pending and hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for the aforesaid prayer.

In view of the above said facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, without going into merits of the case, since a HMOP is of the year 2013, this Court is inclined to direct the Subordinate, Maduranthagam to dispose of the petitions in HMOP.Nos.42 of 2016 and 32 of 2013 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
