ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested on 20.02.2022 on the complaint lodged on behalf of 10 years old girl, who was subjected to aggravated sexual offence.

The prosecution has completed the investigation and filed a final report. Since the petitioner and the victim's family are residing nearby, release of the petitioner will be an hindrance for fair trial and risk of tampering the evidence is high. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
