Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to to issue an ad interim injunction, restraining the respondent 2 from publishing any list whether temporary or permanent to the post of DCTO with out considering the petitioner first and appointing him to the post of DCTO as per eligibility criteria as on 01.03.2016 in WMP.No.13117/17 in WP.No.12359/17. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Additional Government Pleader the court made the following order:-

Since the matter is relating to the appointment to the post of Deputy Commercial Officer, no interim prayer can be granted and accordingly miscellaneous petition, seeking interim order stands dismissed.
