: Mr.C.V.Ramachandramurthy C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the respondents / Southern Railway made a submission that there is a change in policy in respect of award of contract for Fruit and Fruit Juice Stall. The petitioners filed Writ Petitions challenging the rejection order on account of efflux of time. The relief sought for in these Writ Petitions need no further consideration. However, in the event of any further notification issued by the respondents, the petitioners are at liberty to participate if they are otherwise eligible to be qualified.
