Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 65 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
