18.05.2015 and quash the same in so far as the promotion and appointment of the Respondents 3 to 10 to the post of District Medical Officer\Assistant Lecturer are concerned and direct the 1st respondent to take into account the date of initial appointment of the petitioners herein and promote them as District Siddha Medical Officers with all the consequential service and monetary benefits.
