The learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the official respondents made a submission that the period of licence got expired on 31.03.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner submitted an application for renewal. If so, the said application is to be perused in the manner known to law. As far as the present writ petition is concerned, the dispute raised lost its relevance and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
