ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.143 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.143 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible and during investigation, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police.
