ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested for the alleged offences under section 3(2)(c) and 14 of Foreigners Act, 1946, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner herein, who is alleged to be Bangladesh citizen had entered into Indian Territory and fabricated documents like Aadhaar Card, Driving License, etc., and has obtained Indian Passport, as if he is Indian nationality.

3.The prosecution has completed the investigation and the final report filed before the Court of Sessions and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.196 of 2021 and the matter is ripe for trial. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner moved this Court for bail.

4.Considering the nature of the offence alleged, nationality of the petitioner and the stage of the trial, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner is released on bail, there is every possibility of absconding using the fake documents.
