ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 to take all possible effective steps to bring back the persons mentioned in the annexure annexed with the affidavit, to India by making special arrangements forthwith without further loss of time, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Much water has flown under the bridge after the filing of the writ petition. Now the flights are in operation taking the passengers from various parts of the country including Malaysia. 4.In such view of the matter, we do not find any reason to keep the writ petition pending. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
