Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent made in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.688/2021/E1 dated 22.03.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner 6th Branch of Poosaris to perform Pooja to the temple commencing from March, 2021 to March 2022 for a period of one year as per scheme formulated for the temple.

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 21.06.2021, reading as follows:

'This Hon'ble Court during the hearing on 14.06.2021 directed the Government Advocate to get instruction. Accordingly the Memo was filed by the Government Advocate on 17.06.2021 in which Clause 2 option was given to the Petitioner to perform Pooja for the period from 01.07.2021 to 30.06.2022. The Petitioner hereby agrees to the option given by the Respondent 1 to 3 to perform Pooja from 01.07.2021 to 30.06.2022.

It is humbly requested that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take on record this Memo as part and parcel of this case and thus render justice.'
