When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter suit O.S.No.11110 of 2010 has already been settled amicably between the parties and he also filed a Memo dated 02.11.2023, before the learned XIX Additional District Judge for withdrawing the suit and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 also filed a memo dated 02.11.2023 for withdrawing the counter claim. They have also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication.
