N.ANAND VENKATESH,J ssr 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed and a closure report is going to be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court as 'Undetected'. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. There shall be a direction to the respondent police to serve the RCS notice to the defacto complainant, within a period of four weeks.
