This Criminal Revision Case had been filed to set aside the Judgment dated 08.12.2017 passed in M.C.No.254 of 2013 by the learned VII 1/5
Principal Judge, VII Additional Family Court at Chennai. 2.On perusal of records, it is found that when the case came up for hearing before this Court on the earlier occasions, the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner had made submissions that they had returned the case records to the party concerned. Therefore, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
3. The learned VII Principal Judge, VII Additional Family Court at Chennai is directed to proceed further, if any petition is filed by the Petitioner in M.C.No.254 of 2013 and dispose off the maintenance case.
