(CR.NO.21 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should sign before the Inspector of Police, Trichy cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.00 a.m until further in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.2371 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 15.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2371 of 2022 and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
