ORDER
Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the original name as G. Saradha in all the records of the property tax assessment pertaining to the property comprised of house, ground and premises bearing Old No.7A /1, New No.6, Bharathi Road, Perambur, Chennai - 600 011.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the legal notice issued to the 2nd respondent on 12.04.2017, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's notice dated 12.04.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's notice dated 12.04.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
