ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking bail, in connection with Cr.No. 247 of 2019, on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in respect of offences registered against 1/4

him in Crime No. 247 of 2019 on 04.04.2019 under Section 392 and 395 I.P.C. Though the co-accused has been released on bail, it is seen from the records that the petitioner is from the neighbouring state of Kerela.

3. In view of the present situation, even if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, he cannot reach his native place. Considering the same, it is safer for him to be in jail for some more time.

4. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed with liberty to renew after prohibitions on movement of people are lifted. 15.04.2020 kkn 2/4
