ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings initiated by the respondent against the petitioner in C.C.No.152 of 2016 on the file of the learned Fast Track Court/Magisterial Level, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the examination of witnesses on the side of the prosecution is completed and the case is now at the stage of examination of witnesses on the side of the defence.

3. In view of the above, the relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted in this stage and it is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
