The petitioner made a representation dated 29.03.2014 to sanction the third incentive increment to her, from the date of acquiring higher qualification, i.e. M.Phil. Degree. Her grievance is that her representation has not been considered by the 3rd respondent.

In view of the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
