This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Additional District Sessions Judge III Virudhachalam to number the petition filed under Section 293 Cr.P.C in C.A.No. 14 of 2018.
2.It is seen that the petitioner filed an application under Section 293 C.R.P.C before the appellate Court in C.A.No.14 of 2018. The learned appellate Judge simply returned the application stating that the petition has no merits. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, the learned Additional District Sessions Judge III, Virudhachalam is directed to take up the petition on file and number the same, thereafter, pass orders on merits in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to re-present the petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
