ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 12.02.2022 for the alleged offences under section 306 of IPC in Crime No.50 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner who had developed intimacy with deceased on the date of occurrence has gone to her house and forced her to have carnal relationship and when she refused, she has created ruckus in front of her house. Due to which, she has committed suicide.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner had been frequently harassing the deceased over phone and on the date of occurrence, he went to the house of the deceased and created the scene. The investigation is yet to be completed and vicera report is awaited.

4. Earlier when the matter came up for consideration, this Court had dismissed the petition twice, taking note of the fact that till the completion of investigation and filing the final report, it is not conducive to release the petitioner on bail. Now, there is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
