This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 23.04.2015 by the respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a reading of this complaint, it is seen that a sweeping allegation has been made against one particular community of the people, which cannot be countenanced.
4. In the result, there is no merit in the petition and hence no positive direction can be issued.
