pri 2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that this Court vide order dated 20.09.2019 made in W.P.No.27929 of 2019 directed the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 10.06.2019 and in compliance of the order, the respondent passed G.O.(D) No.26, Housing and Urban Development [HB-1(2)] Department, dated 19.04.2023. 3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
