O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 in respect of the property situated in Survey No.325/3, Plot No.37A, Door No.6/17, 5th Street, Malanganandapuram, Zamin Pallavaram, Alandur Taluk, Chennai - 600 043, Kancheepuram District totally https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to an extent of 2352 sq. ft. which consist of constructed house.

2. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
