When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) representing for the respondents stated that in due complaince of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14391 of 2022 dated 14.07.2022, the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a final report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur, in Charge Sheet No.02 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023.
